Mountain Horse Returns/Exchange Policy
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Item must be returned in brand new condition with original packaging and all labels and hangtags intact.
The original receipt/proof of purchase is necessary for all returns/credits/exchanges. Returns or exchanges are subject to retailer’s exchange/returns policy.
Sale items or discontinued product may not be eligible for returns, exchanges or credit.
Mountain Horse products received as gifts must also be returned/exchanged at the original place of purchase and must include the original receipt/proof of purchase to receive a refund, credit, or exchange.

Mountain Horse Warranty
Mountain Horse Limited 6-Month Warranty of Seams And Zippers
ERS, the US distributor of Mountain Horse, warrants the seams and zippers of Mountain Horse products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship during normal use and in accordance with the Manufacturer’s user instructions. Any alteration to the original product voids this warranty.
The warranty shall commence on the date of purchase from an authorized retailer and terminate at the end of 6 months from the date of purchase.
For the warranty to be valid, the item must be returned to the original place of purchase for inspection. If a seam or zipper defect is determined, the retail store’s policy will dictate if a refund, store credit or exchange will be provided. The original receipt/proof of purchase is necessary for all claims. Replacements cannot be guaranteed.
Mountain Horse products purchased through liquidation resellers or as a discontinued products sale are not covered under the warranty. This warranty is not transferable.
Mountain Horse Sponsorship
All Mountain Horse USA Sponsorship application requests will be reviewed by Mountain Horse USA’s Sponsorship Committee and stored until an opening becomes available. Although we would love to sponsor every rider who applies, unfortunately, it is simply not possible. We will get in touch with applicants directly when we have sponsorship opportunities available and/or when we are interested in receiving more information.
Please note that Mountain Horse USA, does not offer sponsorship opportunities to Junior Riders or those competitors residing or competing primarily outside of the United States.
