Mountain Horse Warranty and Returns/Exchange Policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Item must be returned to the original place of purchase for a refund, credit, or exchange. Item must be returned in brand new condition with original packaging and all labels and hangtags intact. The original receipt/proof of purchase is necessary for all returns/credits/exchanges. Returns or exchanges are subject to retailer's exchange/returns policy. Sale items or discontinued product may not be eligible for returns, exchanges or credit.
Mountain Horse products received as gifts must also be returned/exchanged at the original place of purchase and must include the original receipt/proof of purchase to receive a refund, credit, or exchange.
MOUNTAIN HORSE WARRANTY: Mountain Horse footwear and apparel are fully warranted against all manufacturing and material defects for one year from the date of purchase when purchased through an Authorized Mountain Horse Retailer*. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or care, accidents, and normal wear-and-tear over time. Item must be returned to the original place of purchase for refund, credit, or exchange. The original receipt/proof of purchase is necessary for all claims.
*Mountain Horse products purchased through private individuals are not covered under the Mountain Horse warranty. The Mountain Horse Warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase when item is purchased through an Authorized Mountain Horse Retailer only.
